Human After All is an event series hosted by ATÖLYE and Design Disciplin, exploring the present state and future visions for human-computer interaction, interaction design, and experience design with digital materials.
Human After All brings an international cohort of experts and pioneers into ATÖLYE's IRL space in Istanbul, with opportunities to engage and participate in meaningful dialogues.
The second convening of Human After All focuses on web design, UI design, and digital branding with guest speaker Volkan Ölmez, founder of the design studio Fol, co-founder of the software development studio Basework, and lecturer at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University.

About the Speaker
Volkan Ölmez is an Istanbul based designer, founder of the design studio Fol, and co-founder of the software development studio Basework. He also serves as a lecturer at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and a board member at the Turkish Society of Graphic Design (GMK).
His work, focused on refined design, typography, photography, and craft within branding, print, product design, and web design, has been featured in venues and publications including Design360°Magazine, Slanted, The History of Graphic Design, AIGA, Fast Company, Design Taxi, The Dieline, Etapes, and Awwwards.
